Why It Matters

THE RIGHT WAY
TO REPAIR A RIM

Most shops will weld a cracked rim and hand it back. That's not a safe repair — it's a shortcut. A properly repaired cracked rim requires three stages: TIG welding the crack, straightening and truing, and then CNC machining the inner sealing lips so your tire seals correctly.

We're the only shop in the Central Valley with the equipment to do all three steps in-house. That's not a marketing claim — it's why tire shops and dealerships within 80 miles send their customers to us.

1

TIG Weld the Crack

Precision aluminum TIG welding closes the crack structurally.

2

Straighten & True

The rim is straightened and trued on our hydraulic machine for proper roundness.

3

CNC Machine Inner Lips

The inner sealing lips are machined on our lathe to ensure your tire seals correctly. Most shops skip this step.

What Customers Say

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Charlie fixed my bent rim perfectly. He explained the whole 3-stage process and I could see the difference in quality. Saved me hundreds over buying a replacement. Highly recommend.

The CNC work Charlie did on my Audi wheels is incredible. You literally cannot tell where the curb damage was. Fast, professional, and way cheaper than I expected.
Sarah K.
Turlock, CA
Took my cracked rim to two other shops first — they both just welded it without machining. Charlie explained why that's actually dangerous and showed me the proper way. Never going anywhere else.
